Background

Stephen Bishop initiated his career in technology as a Y2K project manager in 1998. After accumulating over a decade of hands-on experience, he established his own company with the goal of providing top-notch services to clients on both contract and fixed-price bases.

In 2016, Stephen had the opportunity to assemble a team to deliver a transformation program for one of the UK’s leading government regulators. Recognising the strength and effectiveness of this team in delivering technical projects and programs, Stephen and Jonny went on to create Brickley Group.

Notable career achievements include:

  • Global Transformation Programme Manager: Managed a 7,500-user base across 70 locations in 30 countries, overseeing Azure Global Infrastructure and EUC.
  • Transformation Programme Manager: Defined, set up, and delivered a program of work following a merger/acquisition, focusing on infrastructure and data.
  • ‘Great Working Environment’ Programme Manager: Coordinated a 1,200-user relocation program involving network, infrastructure, EUC, and multiple locations.

Stephen resides in Surrey with his two children Jamie and Hollie, and their Golden Retriever-cross-Bull Mastiff, Kodie.
